A tiny piece of paper fell out of the packaging of one of our purchases. It said, "This Product was made by Team #7.

For all correspondence:
Enclose UP Label with Team #7 to:

Quality Control Department....", then it gives the postal and e-mail addresses. No names, just "Team #7".

I'm assuming that "correspondence" mean complaints: something somewhere was defective, or the ever-accompanying bubble-wrap arrived half-deflated, so I didn't get to fully relieve my frustrations by popping away at it myself.

Who are the people of Team #7? They must be normal individuals who have to change burned-out light bulbs, pay bills, or wonder what they will make for dinner after a long day of product-making. I wonder if they like to kick through a pile of leaves on a fall walk, or put eggnog in their coffee?

Would anyone dare write and say, "Dear Team--great job at making this product--there was nothing wrong with it", or to their quality controller to say "I think Team #7 deserves bonuses"? Would it be proper etiquette to send them a card?

I will never know the people on Team #7. Most people will never know me, either. But I am grateful that I am God's child; my name is in His Book, and I bear His name in my heart.
